La Cascina Pensotti after being donated to Don Luigi and then be joined the ranks of the assets managed by our Association has had basically two uses:

• part & egrave; was dedicated to host activities & agrave; the Coperativa, with workshops and warehouses etc.…
• and a party hosted for years the premises of the Municipal Dormitory Vercellese managed by Caritas and the City of Vercelli by the Santa Teresa

Since autumn 2014 Dormitory is the Municipal & egrave; .

Infine nel dicembre 2017 sono stati inaugurati i miniappartementi destinati all'emergenza abitativa.

Un appartamento è stato affidato in gestione ai servizi Sociali del Comune di Vercelli, mentre la gestione degli altri 3 sara effettuata direttamente dalla nostra Associazione.
